Description

As parent or guardian of a student with a disability, you have the absolute right to review your child’s education records, including everything that deals with the provision of a Free Appropriate Public Education (FAPE) to him/her under IDEA.  This form is designed to specifically request access to review those records and make copies if you want.  You can use this in conjunction with the Consent to Review Records form.

This form is FREE.  This document does NOT create an attorney-client relationship between you and Thurston Law Offices LLC or Amazin Blue Press LLC.
