Description

As parent or guardian of a student (even if that student doesn’t have an IEP), you have the absolute right to review your child’s education records.  FERPA is the federal law that requires a school to give you access to those records.  This form is designed to specifically request access to review those records and make copies if you want.  You can use this in conjunction with the Consent to Review Records form.
