Description

A Gebser letter is designed to place a school district on notice that it has violated your child’s rights by failing to address prior complaints of bullying and/or harassment.  If your child is being bullied or harassed and the school fails to stop it or address the problem, a Gebser letter asserts those legal rights which could later support legal action.
