After sending a FERPA or IDEA request to access your child’s records, you may be unavailable to go to the school to review them.  With this FREE form, you can grant your representative permission to review the records.  Your representative can be an advocate, an attorney, or a friend or relative.  Most school districts require such consent if you will not be present for the review.
