Description

If you are dissatisfied with your school district’s evaluations of your child and feel those evaluations do not address all areas of your child’s disability, you may demand that the school district fund independent educational evaluations (IEEs) for those evaluations you dispute.  This form provides you with the proper language to demand such IEEs.
