On May 6, 2019, the US Department of Education’s Office of Special Education and Rehabilitative Services (“OSERS”) issued a notice of noncompliance to the NJDOE Commissioner of Education that it is in violation of IDEA’s 45 Day Rule and requires some fixes to the program.

I have already filed OSPI complains and the district had a lot of corrective action. We also had another IEE and the doctor said we would not see the real gains with the IEP and Sid implementation. The school has not used any tech evaluation or IEE recommendations. It has been a year and still no change. Y son is still not making progress that he should be. We just went to our high school transition erring and were told we had to choose between gen ed college track or special ed they did not do both. There was no help in the classroom after everything they continue to discriminate. How do I help my son.
